Shipping and Handling

If we receive your order by 3pm we normally ship your order the same day.

Should there be any delay we will inform you immediately.

We utilize the services of City Link who will deliver on the next working day.

(If the unit is being installed by our professional installation engineers we will ship the unit to them).

Returns and Warranty

We aim for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we want to hear about it. Let us know if something is wrong and we will do what we can to make it right. All goods carry full manufacturers warranty.
